About the opportunity | Mo te whai waahi
This fixed term role through to March 2027 provides hands‑on project coordination support across a complex wealth management systems transformation programme. You will play a critical role in maintaining delivery discipline, ensuring governance artefacts are accurate, timely, and fit for purpose. Working closely with programme leadership and workstream leads, you will drive follow‑ups, surface risks, and provide clear visibility of progress and blockers. This is a fast‑paced, evolving environment suited to someone proactive, highly organised, and confident working across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities | Ngā Kawenga Mahi
- Support delivery across multiple workstreams by tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Own and maintain programme artefacts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting
- Manage JIRA boards, keeping tickets current, well‑structured, and reflective of delivery progress
- Maintain Confluence as a reliable, structured source of programme documentation
- Coordinate and draft Steering Committee packs with clear, concise, and accurate insights
- Engage with workstream leads to gather timely updates and ensure reporting completeness
- Track and manage RAID logs, ensuring actions and decisions are visible and followed through
- Coordinate programme and governance meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
- Capture high‑quality meeting minutes, actions, and decisions, tracking items through to closure
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging risks in programme information and escalate appropriately
What you will bring to the role | He aha ka kawea e koe ki te mahi
We require that you have:
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior PM, PMO Analyst, or similar delivery role
- Demonstrated exposure to programme or project governance and reporting
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to follow up and hold others accountable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in financial services or wealth management (desirable)
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable)
