Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Christchurch-based Investment Operations team. The team is responsible for supporting the administration of Consilium's products and services and plays a critical role in delivering positive outcomes for advisers and clients.

The role focuses on the operational support of Consilium's products and services, including:

  • Supporting adviser and client administration activities
  • Processing transactions, transfers, withdrawals and account maintenance
  • Providing operational and technical support to advisers and colleagues
  • Monitoring operational activity and supporting quality control processes
  • Investigating and resolving operational issues and exceptions
  • Supporting operational controls, risk management and compliance requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

You will also be encouraged to develop a strong understanding of our products, systems and workflows, and contribute to ongoing improvements across the business.
