About the opportunity | Mo te whai waahi

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to support the Product team by ensuring we comply with regulatory requirements relating to product reporting and help to identify trends that could indicate systemic issues across the product set and delivery channels. 
This role will mainly focus on work directed by others, but will include some self-directed work, including analysis of customer data, competitor analysis and product analysis. It will include relationship management and may suit someone with some experience as a reporting or data analyst and ideally in the Wealth Management industry. 

Key Responsibilities | Ngā Kawenga Mahi

Managing Risk 

  • Collate and manage data inputs to deliver a range of reporting, as required. 

Customer 

  • Provide expert support and query management to internal teams working with the product set. 
  • Review internal information to deliver insights that may impact Product team and management decision making. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Contribute to and enhance a range of internal and external relationships, including the identification and delivery of process improvements. 

Desired Skills and Experience

What you will bring to the role | He aha ka kawea e koe ki te mahi

  • 2 plus years’ financial services reporting or data analytics experience, particularly within wealth management. Good knowledge of investments, including KiwiSaver, and the funds management industry. 
  • A high level of computer literacy.
  • Experience working as a Product analyst, reporting or data analyst in wealth management in New Zealand. 
  • Degree qualified in a financial services’ related field.
